These terms govern your use of https://flyeduc.com and any purchase of digital products from FLY PROVEDOR DE CONTEUDO TECNOLOGICO LTDA (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
Who we are
FLY PROVEDOR DE CONTEUDO TECNOLOGICO LTDA (68.508.055/0001-40) publishes and sells its own digital books on FlyEduc (FlyEduc). Digital products
Everything sold on this website is a digital book (an e-book or a related bundle of files such as a PDF, EPUB, or companion ZIP). No physical item is shipped. After payment is confirmed, the book is made available in My Library for download.
Accounts
You may create an account with your name, email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the service, share download access, attack the site, or violate these terms.
Payments and currencies
Prices are shown in USD, EUR and GBP as listed by us — we do not convert between currencies using an exchange rate. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Taxes may be collected by Stripe when tax collection is enabled on our Stripe account. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout for the currency you selected, plus any tax Stripe is configured to collect.
Digital delivery
Access is granted only after Stripe confirms the payment on our servers. Opening a “success” page is not enough. Asynchronous payment methods can take longer. Files are downloaded from My Library; they are not emailed as attachments.
Licence
Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal or educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, re-upload, torrent, or share account or download access. Full licence terms are in the Content Licence.
Intellectual property
We publish only materials that we created or for which we have the necessary rights or licences to distribute. Product pages describe the product; they are not a claim that no third-party material (for example licensed excerpts or references) was ever used.
AI-assisted production
AI-assisted tools may be used during research, drafting, editing, translation or formatting. Books are reviewed before publication. We do not claim that books are 100% human-written.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Consumer rights required by applicable law are not excluded by these terms. See that policy for when a refund may be requested and how digital delivery can affect withdrawal rights where the law allows.
No results or income guarantees
The books we publish are educational. Buying a book does not guarantee employment, certification, income, professional qualification, or any specific result. We do not sell “get rich quick” schemes.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site to break the law, attack our systems, scrape in a way that harms the service, circumvent download authorisation, or share copyrighted files you purchased.

Applicable law and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law. These terms do not designate a single governing law for every buyer. The rules that apply to a dispute may depend on where you live and other applicable law. For Brazilian consumers, mandatory rights under Brazilian consumer law continue to apply.
