This policy distinguishes mandatory legal rights from the additional commercial review FlyEduc may offer. Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law. For Brazilian consumers, mandatory rights under Brazilian law continue to apply. Downloading or opening a digital book does not automatically cancel those rights.
Digital books
We sell digital books. Delivery is electronic. No physical product is shipped. Access is granted after payment is confirmed, usually through My Library.
How to request a refund
Contact support via the Contact page with your order ID and the reason. [email protected]. We will review the request. Approval is not automatic.
Additional commercial review
In addition to mandatory rights, we may review genuine delivery problems such as a duplicate charge, a corrupted file, a technical inability to access the product, a product substantially different from its description, or an incorrect payment. Contact support and we will review the request. We do not promise automatic approval.
Immediate access and withdrawal rights
Where permitted by applicable law, requesting immediate access to digital content may affect cancellation or withdrawal rights. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. Downloading a book does not always waive your refund rights.
After a full refund
If a purchase is fully refunded, the order is marked refunded and future access is revoked. New downloads and new signed links are blocked. Purchase and refund history is kept. A file already saved on your device cannot be deleted remotely, and we do not claim that it can. A partial refund does not automatically revoke access. Card network disputes may temporarily suspend access while they are open.
What we do not promise
We do not offer a guaranteed refund for change of mind in every case, and we do not guarantee educational or financial results. Change-of-mind requests are considered in line with applicable law and this policy.
