This policy explains what data FLY PROVEDOR DE CONTEUDO TECNOLOGICO LTDA processes when you use FlyEduc.
Data we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash (never plaintext). Purchase and order data. Download and access events (user, order, file, time). Support messages you send us. Technical and security logs when needed to operate and protect the service.
Payments
Stripe processes payment data. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe is an independent processor with its own privacy policy.
Purpose
We use this data to create your account, complete purchases, deliver digital files, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations (for example accounting and tax).
Retention
We keep account and order records for as long as the account exists and as required for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Download logs are kept only as needed for security and support.
Security
Passwords are hashed. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies. Paid files are stored privately and downloaded through short-lived authorised links.
Processors
We use hosting and a database to run the site, and Stripe to process payments. We currently do not use a third-party email provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Cookies
See the Cookie Policy. Essential cookies are required for login, security and currency preference. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies.
International processing
If you access the site from another country, your data may be processed where our hosting or Stripe operates, subject to applicable safeguards.
